What’s New in Version 3.9.1
We’re coming at you with 2 major updates:
– You recognize your regulars, so now Register does too! When repeat customers dip their card at checkout, Register will prefill their saved email or phone number to quickly send a receipt to their preferred destination, making your lines move even faster.
– If you use a barcode scanner, this one’s for you. To reconnect your scanner after updating to Android version 10, visit Setup > Scanners to put your scanner in the correct mode for Register.

What’s New in Version 3.8.2
This version of the ShopKeep Register brings your customers’ online order info right to your fingertips, making life easier for your staff. Now delivery details, order pickup time and notes are added to every online sale, and found on your register, kitchen tickets, checks, and customer receipts. Oh and speaking of receipts, we made it easier for your employees to choose when customers don’t need one, resulting in a smoother checkout experience. Ka-ching!

What’s New in Version 3.8.1
Here’s what’s new: You can now see pickup times for online orders when new orders appear as Saved Sales on your register and on kitchen tickets, so your staff can quickly prioritize which orders need to go out when. Plus, edit your order notes to clarify any instructions or fix a typl – oops, we mean typo. Business owners can also deactivate the register right from the Support tab, so there’s no need to visit BackOffice. Update your register to see these changes in action.

Big news! Now online orders sync with your entire system, where they appear as Saved Sales on your register and in BackOffice. If your customers place food orders, they’re sent right to your ticket printer, so your kitchen can get on it. As the lines between in-person and online sales shift and blur, juggle it all with ShopKeep. Go to your eCommerce dashboard to turn on this new feature. PLUS a bonus: your customers can now receive receipts as text messages. Update your register to get started!
