Return ShopKeep Hardware
Return hardware products purchased from the ShopKeep Store to receive a refund for unneeded items. To qualify for a refund, return-eligible hardware must be returned within the timeframe specified below, with all original materials and packaging. Review how the return process works, then submit a return to send back hardware you do not need.

How to Return Hardware
After reviewing how the return process works, submit a return via our online portal to send back hardware purchased from the ShopKeep Store for a refund.
Hardware products must meet all requirements listed above to be eligible for a refund. Returned hardware that does not meet these conditions will be shipped back to you, and no refund will be issued.
- Click here to visit the hardware returns portal.
- Enter the order number and shipping ZIP Code for an order containing hardware to be returned, then click 'Look up order'.
This information is available in the confirmation email sent when the order was originally placed.
- Check the box next to an item to return.
If only 1 item is on the order, skip this step as there will be no box to check.
- Select the quantity of the item to return and the reason for return.
- (Optional) Repeat steps 3 - 4 to add additional items from the order to the return.
- Click 'Submit Request' to submit the return and generate a shipping label.
After submitting the return, steps 7 – 9 must be completed within 14 days.
- Click 'Print Return Label' to print the return shipping label to a computer printer.
Steps 7 – 9 must be performed within 14 days of completing step 6.
- Pack the return items in one box, and affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.

Can I exchange hardware?
If you purchased the wrong item, you may return the item (if it meets our return requirements) and repurchase hardware as necessary. Follow the steps in the section above to return the unwanted item, then place a new hardware order in our store for the desired item.
Can I check the status of my hardware return?
Track the status of your return on the FedEx website. Once your return has been processed, we will send you an email confirming your refund. If you do not have a tracking number or you have not received a confirmation email, please contact Customer Care.
Can I reprint my shipping label?
Yes. To reprint a shipping label, follow steps 1 – 2 in the section above, then click ‘Print Return Label’.
How long will it take to receive a refund after shipping my return?
Once the return arrives at our distributor, it takes up to 20 business days to process. After the distributor confirms the returned hardware meets all requirements listed above, we will email you and issue a refund to the credit card used to place the original order. Funds can take 2 – 3 business days to settle to a credit card after the refund is issued.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Yes. Gift cards, opened Apple products, and countertop screen guards cannot be returned. All other non-Apple hardware is returnable unless otherwise specified in the ShopKeep Store.
What if I cannot find my order number?
Look for the order number in the confirmation email sent for the original hardware order. If unable to locate this email, contact Customer Care for assistance.
Can I return defective hardware?
If hardware fails to function under normal use, contact Customer Care for help resolving the issue. If the product is determined to be defective and covered under warranty, we will send a replacement overnight.
