ShopKeep is Now Lightspeed
We joined the Lightspeed family late in 2020 and became ShopKeep by Lightspeed. Now, we’ve fully integrated into the Lightspeed family, giving us more resources and the ability to accelerate product innovation. Our name and logos have changed, but our commitment to small and medium-sized businesses hasn’t.
Here’s everything you need to know about how this announcement impacts your day-to-day operations, including how to log into your account, what changes you can expect, and how to get in touch with us.

What's Changing?
You’ve probably noticed that we’re now branded Lightspeed Retail (S-Series), and ShopKeep Inc. is now Lightspeed Commerce USA Inc. You’ll see our new logo in your BackOffice, too.
The main ShopKeep site and blog will be redirected to LightspeedHQ.com, so you can find the same great content in its new home. We encourage you to explore Lightspeed’s impressive suite of commerce solutions.
However, you won’t notice any changes in your day-to-day usage. Our apps, BackOffice, and support team all remain in place and here for you.

When you need to upgrade or add to your existing hardware setup, our hardware store will remain active for you to place an order online.
If you need to fund your business, ShopKeep Capital by Lightspeed is still open to eligible merchants. Lightspeed eCom (E-Series) (formerly ShopKeep eCommerce), ShopKeep Payments by Lightspeed, and our other commerce solutions will be maintained. You can access these any time in your BackOffice.

What Does This Mean For Your Business?
ShopKeep isn’t going anywhere. We will continue to offer the same world class, around-the-clock support and care. As part of the Lightspeed family, we now have more resources and the ability to accelerate product innovation.
Our point of sale is not changing and will continue to be supported and maintained. You do not need to switch products, and you can continue to use our POS to run your business, along with our supporting apps, Capital program, and payment solutions. You can still log into your account by selecting “Login” in the menu at the top of the support homepage, or by going to shopkeepapp.com/login.
