Time is money, as the saying goes. Spending time logging out of one store so you can log back into another or using a different browser to access BackOffice for each of your stores is not a good use of it! We’ve heard you loud and clear. That’s why we’re happy to tell you about one of the first steps forward in the improvement of ShopKeep multi-store management: Single Login.

Now, instead of needing a separate login for each of your multiple ShopKeep stores, you can log in to any of them with a single email address and password. But wait, there’s more good news! Once you’re logged in to the BackOffice of any linked store, you can easily switch to any other linked store via a convenient menu at the top of the page. Say goodbye to extra clicks, extra browsers, and extra passwords to remember.

So how do you get started? It’s simple; all you have to do is log into one of your stores as the Account Owner (we strongly recommend using whichever store you consider to be your “main store”) and go to Settings > Locations to enable the feature and link other stores. The on-screen instructions should guide you through the process, but of course we have a helpful support article as always with more details here.
