ShopKeep Introduces Employee Shift Reports Made Simple

We’ve made it quick and easy to reconcile the perfomance of your employees at the end of a busy shift.

If you run a restaurant operation or any business where an employee is required to “check out” at the end of their shift, this update is for you. We’ve introduced employee shift reports which provides a simple way for you and your employees to reconcile their performance for the evening and the cash they took in and/or removed. You can access these shift reports from the control panel, as shown below:

As a manager, you can choose to view a complete shift report for all employees or to drill down and look at a report for each employee. As a server, you can only see your report:

These reports can then be printed making it easy for servers to reconcile with the ‘house’ at the end of the day.

To sum up, with ShopKeep Employee Shift Reports, you can now:

1. View full X/Z reports in the app
2. View employee-specific reports in the app
3. Print employee-specific reports from the app
4. Managers can view reports for any employee in the system, cashiers can only view their own reports.
