In the past few weeks, our product and engineering teams have been hard at work deploying some essential updates to help streamline the way that you manage everything from your inventory to your customers.

Today’s update is dedicated to the former: managing and interacting with your customers.

Regardless of the type of small business you own, a key tenet of your success is understanding who your customers are and how to best provide the product or service that they desire. This new BackOffice feature, the Marketing Dashboard, makes it easy to digest and act upon your most important metrics relating to how your customers engage with your business.

Let’s take a closer look at what’s in this feature:

Tracking Your Customer Growth

With the Customer Growth report, you can easily track your progress with the number of new customers added and email addresses acquired. View which customers are visiting most frequently and spending the most money to create special incentives and rewards for them.

Track Email Receipt Engagement

In addition to viewing information about your top customers and what they’ve purchased, you now have the ability to also measure how well your customers engage with your email receipts. Learn which social networks your customers use to engage with you most and use that data to make email receipts an effective marketing tool to drive business.

You can easily find this feature under the Marketing tab in your BackOffice. Be sure to take advantage – we hope that you enjoy it!
