Shortly after Apple Pay was announced, we promised to help small business owners like you take full advantage of the latest in payments technology. Today, that commitment has “paid off” with the latest app release, 2.5.2, which allows you to officially accept Apple Pay on your ShopKeep register!
In addition to the software work required to make this happen, we’ve secured a great hardware solution by partnering with Ingenico, the global leader in secure electronic transactions. The brand new iCMP credit card reader will allow you to accept Apple Pay immediately, while also preparing your business for the 2015 transition to EMV chip cards (which ShopKeep will support). The reader comes with traditional magnetic stripe functionality as well, to keep your business running smoothly in the meantime.
To start accepting Apple Pay with ShopKeep*, simply update your app and visit the ShopKeep Store to purchase your iCMP reader.
